About me
An operations professional with experience across sales processes, procurement and business process automation. I do not wait for someone to tell me how to speed up a repetitive task. I find the solution, implement it and measure the result. A hands-on background in IT, electronics and electrical tinkering, combined with practical experience in RPA, VBA and AI tools, makes me the link between operations and technology.
Alongside operations and analytical roles, I am equally open to IT support work: preparing and configuring workstations, provisioning user accounts and access, and onboarding new employees into company systems. A technical foundation in electrical tinkering, IT and daily work with ERP systems on both sides of the support desk give me a solid starting point.

- Designed and implemented an RPA solution that automatically matches delivery notes with outgoing invoices. Cutting the process from 2 hours of daily manual work to 10 minutes of human oversight plus 40 minutes of automated execution on the server
- Built a digitalised absence request process (annual leave, sick leave)
- Setting up new items in the system and managing price changes
- Order management, goods flow control, stock monitoring and supplier cooperation in electrical materials distribution

- Monitoring warehouse stock levels and analysing product listings
- Built an automated table matching customer codes with internal item codes

Long-term index fund investing
I follow and study global index funds and the passive investing approach. What draws me to it is the discipline behind it: a long horizon, broad diversification, and decisions driven by data and costs rather than market noise. It is the same thinking I bring to business processes. Build the system, let it run, measure the outcome.
Vinyl and CDs
I collect records and CDs. It is a hobby that rewards patience and an eye for detail and a constant reminder that the quality of the end result is set by the weakest component in the chain. A useful habit when you are looking at a flow of goods, or a flow of data.
Hands-on with technology
I am continually testing new tools, hardware and software. Out of curiosity rather than obligation. Most of the automations I have introduced at work started exactly there: I try something myself first, then apply it where it genuinely saves time.
